DarkSword exploit, which affects outdated versions of iOS, leaks on GitHub

Security researchers disclosed two exploits affecting older iPhones and iPads, google’s Threat Intelligence Group, iVerify, and Lookout disclosed Coruna and DarkSword exploits.

Apple patched WebKit and other vulnerabilities in iOS 16.7.15, iOS 15.8.7, iPadOS 16.7.15, and iPadOS 15.8.7, apple released patches in specific iOS and iPadOS versions.

Advised users to keep devices up to date and recommended Lockdown Mode, apple published guidance after the disclosures.

GitHub hosted a leaked newer version of the DarkSword exploit, newer DarkSword files were published after the public disclosure.

DarkSword files consist of HTML and JavaScript that can be copied and hosted quickly, leaked files consist of simple web code.
