ARM Unveils 'AGI CPU' as Its First-Ever Production Silicon for Agentic AI

ARM announced the ARM AGI CPU and intends to sell its own production silicon, aRM announced a product called the ARM AGI CPU and said it will sell its own silicon.

Rene Haas said the expansion delivers production silicon to support agentic AI infrastructure, aRM CEO Rene Haas described the move as expanding the Arm compute platform to deliver production silicon for agentic AI infrastructure.

AGI CPU provides up to 136 Arm Neoverse V3 cores per CPU, aRM disclosed up to 136 cores per CPU using Arm Neoverse V3 cores.

Runs at up to 3.7 GHz with 2 MB of L2 cache per core, aRM published core clock and cache figures for the AGI CPU.

Supports up to DDR5-8800, up to 6 TB memory per chip, and 6 GB/s memory bandwidth per core, aRM listed memory and bandwidth specifications for the chip.
