Toyota to Open New Commercial Facility 'Fuji Motorsports Forest Terrace' in June (Partial Opening)

The new complex will be named Fuji Motorsport Forest Terrace.

Five new-format shops will have a pre-opening (soft open) on June 5.

Toyota Real Estate is developing and operating the project as part of the Fuji Motorsport Forest Project in Oyama, Sunto District, Shizuoka.

Centered on Fuji Speedway, the site will offer motorsports and mobility experiences under a concept that contrasts motion and stillness, and the facility will use full cashless payments.

The five pre-opening outlets are a soba shop (Yama no Meisui Soba 'Fuji no Ka'), bakery TRASPARENTE Celeste, Toyosu tuna wholesaler Toroichi, tea house KISURIN (first Shizuoka outlet), and dog service Petreat (operated by MOTOTECA); all restaurant terraces allow pets; full opening is planned for Spring 2027 with an onsen, hotel and three more shops.
