ADT is adding My Safety to ADT+ subscribers, turning a phone into a portable personal safety tool.

The feature includes emergency calling and texting, timed safety check-ins, and location tracking during active timers.

An always-listening Emergency Phrase can trigger alerts to ADT monitoring staff.

The rollout is available to existing ADT+ users and requires ADT Professional Monitoring.
