Google expands Gemini for Business with shareable Projects

Google is expanding Gemini for Business with Projects, a shared workspace for chats, files, and instructions.

The new feature lets teams collaborate inside one project folder instead of working in separate threads.

Google is also adding workflow agents that can schedule automated tasks across Google apps and third-party connectors.

Availability will roll out gradually, making Gemini for Business closer to the Enterprise tier and more competitive with Microsoft Copilot.
