NVIDIA’s Nemotron 3 Super Tops the Open-Source AI Model Chart, Beating DeepSeek and GPT-OSS

NVIDIA said Nemotron 3 Super topped the EnterpriseOps-Gym leaderboard with an average score of 27.3 across 1,150 tasks.

The model beat Kimi-K2.5, DeepSeek v3.2, and GPT-OSS-120B in the benchmark.

The result boosts NVIDIA’s case as a full-stack AI provider for enterprise agent workflows.

It also underscores progress in model quality and inference efficiency across NVIDIA’s AI stack.
