Kokuyo and Sony FG develop a "conditioning chair" to create the right "state"

Kokuyo and Sony Financial Group co-developed an office-oriented conditioning chair prototype using Sony’s haptics technology.

The chair is part of Sony FG’s performance-conditioning service, NOUS ARE, aimed at helping users shift into the right mental state.

It is designed for situations like presentations and sales meetings, using haptics and a dedicated speaker to support focus and calm.

Verification testing in office settings is set to begin in August, with a view toward practical real-world use.
