Project Aura: Everything to know about Xreal's Android XR glasses

Xreal previewed Project Aura at Google I/O, an Android XR glasses system designed to bridge basic smart glasses and full XR headsets.

The prototype includes a 70-degree field of view, hand tracking, a neck-worn computing puck, and support for app windows and games like Demeo.

It can also connect to a laptop as an external display, making it more versatile than typical smart glasses.

If Xreal ships it well later this year, Aura could offer a lighter, cheaper mixed-reality option than premium headsets.
