Gemini readies agent to drive your Mac and ‘organize your files’

Google appears to be preparing an agentic Gemini feature for macOS, based on an APK teardown.

The Gemini agent could view the screen, use the mouse and keyboard, organize files, and work across Google apps like Meet, Docs, and Gmail.

If launched, it would turn Gemini into a Mac automation tool and strengthen Google’s competition with tools like Claude Cowork.
