Lucid Motors recalls over 4,000 Gravity SUVs over seat belt defect

Lucid Motors recalled over 4,000 Gravity SUVs due to improperly welded second-row seat belt anchors.

The company said a seat supplier changed its manufacturing process without Lucid's approval and it has reverted to the original design.

Vehicles built after February 14, 2026 are not affected and owners will be asked to bring affected cars to service centers for inspection and repairs.
