In the Musk v. Altman trial, lawyers revealed an OpenAI trophy engraved “Never stop being a jackass,” said to reference Elon Musk’s comment to researcher Josh Achiam.

Musk denied the incident, while Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers ruled the trophy would stay out of the jury’s view unless the defense opened the door.
