Dell PowerStore Elite delivers 3x the performance and 6:1 data reduction

Dell launched PowerStore Elite, a fully redesigned enterprise storage platform with up to 3x higher performance.

The system promises 6:1 data reduction, new hardware and software optimizations, and support for mixed-generation clustering.

Dell also added automation and ransomware detection features, including Autonomous Data Path intelligence, Dell AIOps, and Dell Cyber Detect.

The new lineup includes PowerStore 1500, 5500, and 9500 models and runs on PowerStoreOS 5.0.

PowerStore Elite will ship worldwide in July 2026.
