Reggie Fils-Aimé Says Nintendo Stopped Selling to Amazon After Being Asked to Break the Law

Reggie Fils-Aimé said an Amazon executive once asked Nintendo for unlawful pricing support so Amazon could undercut Walmart.

Nintendo refused, stopped selling to Amazon, and the dispute reportedly led to a long-running rift between the two companies.

He said the fallout affected Nintendo product availability on Amazon for years, including around major launches such as the Switch 2.
