Amazon opens a new office in Azabudai Hills, with AWS relocating

Amazon Japan and AWS Japan have opened a new hub at Azabudai Hills in Tokyo’s Minato Ward.

AWS Japan teams moved in first, and the office includes spaces for meetings, client hosting, and employee well-being.

Several Amazon Japan teams are scheduled to relocate by 2026, while existing Meguro and Shinagawa sites are also being reworked.

The move is part of a broader office restructuring aimed at strengthening work style, hiring, and customer engagement.
