A Demo for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Is Now Available on Switch 2

Square Enix has released a free Final Fantasy VII Rebirth demo on the Switch 2 eShop ahead of the June 3, 2026 launch.

The demo includes the game’s first two chapters and comes in at 45.1GB.

Players can carry progress from the demo into the full game.

It also offers streamlined combat options to make the sample more accessible.
