Mistral AI added Connectors to Studio, letting developers register, manage, and reuse built-in and custom MCP integrations across apps and model calls.

The update includes API and SDK support for connector management, plus direct tool invocation from products like LeChat, the Conversation API, and the Agent SDK.

It also adds human approval steps before execution, giving enterprises a safer way to control tool use and automation.

Mistral says the goal is to reduce custom integration work for enterprise agents that connect to GitHub, web sources, CRMs, and knowledge tools.
