What’s new in Android’s July 2026 Google System Updates [U]

Google released the July 2026 Google System update notes for Play services, Play Store, and other Play system components.

The rollout adds new developer APIs, improved Wallet and payments flows, and express pay setup for Wear OS.

Other changes include a renamed Connected apps menu, better Play Store search and recommendations, and Credential Manager support on TV.

Google also lists device connectivity logging, lock-screen IMEI visibility, and assorted fixes across Gboard, Maps, and Play Games.
