Samsung’s Exynos 2800 chip could keep more AI tasks on future Galaxy S phones

A leak says Samsung is working on Multi Stacked FOWLP packaging for future Exynos chips to boost memory bandwidth and AI performance.

The upgrade could debut with Exynos 2800 or Exynos 2900 and help speed up on-device tasks like translation, editing, summaries, and assistant actions.

If true, Samsung may tie some Galaxy AI features to newer Galaxy S models, keeping them exclusive to later flagships.

That could give newer phones faster, more private AI tools while older Galaxy devices miss major features despite software support.
