LinkedIn actually adds a ‘seems like AI slop’ button

LinkedIn is rolling out a new report option for posts users think look like AI-generated slop.

The company is also expanding classifiers to better detect low-quality AI content.

It will remove its AI writing enhancement feature and keep only proofreading tools.

The changes reflect a push to reduce AI spam, improve feed quality, and preserve authenticity.
