Multiple spacecraft — including STEREO, Parker Solar Probe, Wind, and Solar Orbiter — helped pinpoint the source.

Scientists say the unusually long event may reveal more about solar radio emissions and space weather.

The burst was likely sustained by several coronal mass ejections, according to research in Astrophysical Journal Letters.
