A leak says Intel’s Razor Lake-AX SoCs could bring back on-package memory, possibly using LPDDR6.

The chips are described as a full SoC design aimed at high-end mobile and AI PC systems.

Razor Lake-AX is reportedly being positioned to compete with AMD’s Medusa Halo around 2028.
