Schneider Electric delivers AI infrastructure for TeraWulf campus, set to reach 750 MW

Schneider Electric and Motivair completed a phased deployment of more than $290 million in power, cooling, and digital systems for TeraWulf’s Lake Mariner campus in New York.

The site is being built to scale up to 750 MW and support long-term leases with Core42 and Fluidstack for AI and HPC workloads.

The project shows how existing grid assets and advanced liquid cooling can accelerate large-scale AI data center expansion.

It also highlights lower-carbon brownfield reuse as a faster path to new AI infrastructure capacity.
