Anthropic’s valuation reaches 154 trillion won in fundraising, surpassing OpenAI

Anthropic raised $65 billion in a Series H round led by Altimeter, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, and Sequoia, lifting its valuation to $965 billion.

The company said enterprise adoption is accelerating and annual recurring revenue surpassed $47 billion in early May.

New capital will fund safety research, compute expansion, and product and partnership growth.

Anthropic also unveiled Claude Opus 4.8 and said a broader release of its restricted Mythos-class model is coming soon.
