Bloter and Numbers open AI newsroom with AWS and Gabia, pursue development of a media-focused LLM

Bloter and Numbers launched an AI newsroom with AWS and Gabia, built on Amazon Bedrock.

The tool helps with draft writing, editing, proofreading, polishing, and thumbnail generation.

They plan to add image generation, article summarization, column drafts, morning reports, and a voting system.

The three companies also aim to co-develop a media-specific LLM to reduce the risk of leaking reporting data and better fit newsroom workflows.
