Palit Group and Galax say Galax is not shutting down.

Brand management, support, logistics, and R&D are being centralized under Palit Group headquarters.

Galax, KFA2, and Hall of Fame will continue operating within the reorganized structure.

The move is meant to streamline operations, not end product support, warranties, or future GPU releases.
