Bret Taylor’s Sierra buys YC-backed AI startup Fragment

Sierra has acquired Fragment, a YC-backed French AI startup focused on embedding AI into business workflows.

Fragment’s founders will join Sierra as part of the deal, which is intended to strengthen Sierra’s agent development efforts in France.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition adds talent and product capabilities to Sierra as it expands its AI agent platform and international footprint.
