Final Fantasy VII Director Has Already Completed "Over 40 Full Playthroughs" Of The Third Game

Naoki Hamaguchi says he has already completed more than 40 full playthroughs of the third Final Fantasy VII Remake game.

The team is working hard on the unannounced finale, which still has no official title or release date.

His comments suggest development is well advanced and the game is being actively tested.

Square Enix may be aiming for a steady release cadence across the Final Fantasy VII remake trilogy.
