Appian Brings Serious AI to the workplace

Appian unveiled new enterprise AI features at Appian World 2026, expanding agent capabilities, governance, and multi-agent orchestration.

The company added environment-wide guardrails and MCP-based integrations to help keep AI secure, compliant, and process-native.

Appian also announced a Snowflake partnership to connect agents with trusted data and analytics in Snowflake AI Data Cloud and Cortex AI.

The goal is to move enterprise AI from isolated experiments into practical use across business operations and legacy modernization.
