Arc Raiders has begun rolling out Denuvo anti-cheat software, without DRM

Embark has started testing Denuvo anti-cheat in Arc Raiders with a limited player group beginning May 19.

If the trial stays stable, the studio plans to expand the rollout more broadly.

Embark says it will pair machine-learning tools with kernel-level anti-cheat methods to curb cheating.

The company will not use Denuvo DRM, aiming to avoid extra performance and usability issues.
