Resident Evil 4 Remake: Wrench location

In Resident Evil 4 Remake, the Incubation Lab wrench is hidden inside one of four Regeneradors.

Equip the Biosensor Scope to see which enemy has swallowed the wrench.

You need the wrench to clear the blockage from the keycard machine and upgrade the keycard.

That upgrade is required to keep progressing through the late-game area.
