'iPhone Ultra' Could Be the Industry's Most Repairable Foldable

A leak from Instant Digital says Apple’s rumored foldable iPhone, possibly called iPhone Ultra, is being designed for easier disassembly and repair than rival foldables.

The report points to a stacked internal layout that avoids complex ribbon cable routing, plus a large battery and other foldable-specific hardware.

Rumored specs include a 7.8-inch inner display, 5.5-inch cover screen, Touch ID, two rear cameras, and an eSIM-only design.

The device may launch alongside the iPhone 18 Pro models this fall, with Apple potentially using serviceability as a key differentiator.
