Report: Apple's smart glasses will become a major health companion, but not initially

Apple is reportedly developing future smart glasses with health and fitness features in mind.

Apple previously explored a Fitness+ experience and movement tracking for Vision Pro, but those plans were dropped because the headset was too heavy.
