YouTube's TV app gains a feature from its mobile version

YouTube is bringing its Ask conversational AI feature from mobile and web to its TV app starting today.

The Ask tool can summarize videos, extract key takeaways, recommend related content, and suggest prompts.

On TV the tool appears in the progress bar as a sparkle (Gemini) icon and supports voice input via remote.
