.NET 8 and .NET 9 support ends this November, Microsoft warns

Microsoft says support for .NET 8 and .NET 9 will end on November 10, 2026.

Existing apps will keep running, but bug fixes and security patches will stop after that date.

Developers are being urged to migrate to a supported release such as .NET 10.

Staying on .NET 8 or .NET 9 increases maintenance and security risk as official support ends.
