Google’s interactive world builder, Project Genie, will drop you in real places using Street View

Google’s Project Genie can now generate explorable worlds from real Street View imagery and Google Maps pins.

Users can add style and character prompts to shape these real-world-inspired game environments.

The feature is rolling out first to U.S. users on Google’s AI Ultra tier.

The update makes Genie more grounded and interactive, blending real locations with AI-generated worlds.
