Samsung reveals sharp stretchable display that’s ready for your car’s dashboard

Samsung Display unveiled Stretchable Display 2.0, a micro LED stretchable panel shown as an automotive instrument cluster at SID Display Week 2026.

The new version reaches 200 PPI and uses a revised bridge structure and pixel layout for better sharpness and readability.

It can expand or change shape while keeping graphics visible, suggesting more adaptive car dashboards in the future.

Samsung has not announced production plans or automaker partners yet.
