Here's When to Expect an iPad 12 With Apple Intelligence

Apple’s CFO signaled the iPad business faces a tough year-over-year comparison, implying no new entry-level iPad before the current fiscal quarter ends in June.

That makes a June launch for the iPad 12 unlikely, even though it could follow later in 2025.

Reports still point to a late-2025 debut, potentially with an A18 or A19 chip and Apple Intelligence support.

If true, the new base iPad would bring Apple Intelligence to Apple’s cheapest tablet line and help close a feature gap across the lineup.
