Apple Publishes Document to Help Users Tell Creator Studio Apps Apart

Apple published a support guide to help users tell the subscription versions of its pro creative apps from the standalone editions.

The guide compares side-by-side icons for Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, MainStage, Motion, Compressor, and Pixelmator Pro.

Because both versions share the same names and can be installed together, the new icons are meant to reduce confusion.

Apple redesigned the subscription app icons with a Liquid Glass look to make them easier to identify.
