Hark Scores $700M Series A Funding Round

Hark announced a Series A round of more than $700 million, valuing the company at $6 billion post-money.

Parkway Venture Capital led the round, with participation from NVIDIA, AMD Ventures, ARK Invest, Brookfield and other major investors.

The funding gives Hark significant capital and backing to accelerate personalized multimodal AI systems and native hardware development.

Brett Adcock’s company is positioning Hark as an AI lab focused on advanced AI systems and devices.
