Riot reconsidered controversial Viego buffs for League of Legends patch 26.08 after players said the changes looked too strong.

Gameplay lead Matt Phroxzon Leung-Harrison said the team found mismatches between internal and external data, checked the data pipeline, and removed Viego from the patch.

Other planned balance changes in 26.08 include Mel, Dr. Mundo, Hwei, Lillia, Lucian, and Tahm Kench.
