MemAura is a multimodal long-term memory stack offering ADK and API services for companion hardware and vertical agents.

The company wants to turn memory into a standalone infrastructure layer to address cross-session continuity, cross-modal retrieval, low latency, and personalization.

The move positions AI to evolve from reactive assistance toward more proactive, agentic intelligence.
