Flagship returns now cost $75 at T-Mobile

T-Mobile changed its restocking fee range, restocking fee increased from $20-$70 to $25-$75.

T-Mobile support page T-Mobile published tiered fees by device price, devices under $500: $25; $300–$599: $50; over $600: $75.

Support documentation The change was identified in T-Mobile support documentation, droidLife spotted and reported the update.

T-Mobile policy Restocking fees are charged at the store at time of return, support page states the fee is charged in store when returning a device.

Other carriers have different restocking fee levels, verizon charges a $50 flat fee; AT&T charges up to $55.
