Kurly acquires AI company Wonjilabs...accelerates AX

Kurly approved a small stock-swap deal to make AI solutions firm 1Z LABS its wholly owned subsidiary on Aug. 4.

The two companies have already been co-developing tools for creative AI, AI customer service, and ad systems.

Kurly also named 1Z LABS CEO Kwak Geun-bong to lead its AX Center.

The acquisition gives Kurly direct control of a key AI partner, speeding up company-wide AI transformation and AI-driven commerce services.
