Baemin up for sale again...Delivery Hero pushes to sell it for 8 trillion won

Delivery Hero has begun the sale process for Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok.

JP Morgan has sent teaser letters to major global companies and PEs, with the price expected around 8 trillion won.

The move is seen as driven by financial pressure and a need to reshape the company’s portfolio.

Naver drew market attention as a possible bidder, but said it is not reviewing the deal.
