Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave introduces time travel in Nintendo Direct

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems revealed that Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is more than a tournament story.

The game will jump five years into a ruined world, bring back Sothis, and use Fortuna’s time travel to alter events in the Heroic Games.

Players can switch between the four hero routes at will, with progress saved separately for each path.

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave launches on Sept. 17 for Nintendo Switch 2.
