AMD Brings Ryzen 7 7700X3D For The Gaming Masses, Priced at An Exceptional $329 With 3D V-Cache

AMD has launched the Ryzen 7 7700X3D for AM5, an 8-core, 16-thread Zen 4 gaming CPU with 96MB of L3 cache.

It runs at lower clocks than the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and carries a 120W TDP, making it a more affordable 3D V-Cache option.

The chip is priced at $329 and is expected to reach retail on July 16.

AMD is positioning it as a gamer-focused upgrade that could broaden sales of AM5 and Ryzen 7000 systems.
