Nissin will launch a new summer bagged noodle product, Nissin Raoh Hiyashiraamen Shellfish Salt 2-Serving Pack, on June 1.

The cold ramen soup is made with cold water and highlights the umami of Hokkaido scallop broth in a salted, chilled style.

An early tasting noted the firm texture of noodles tightened in ice water and a refreshing finish from added lemon.

The new product stands out as a cold instant noodle aimed at summer demand, combining shellfish richness with a bright, clean taste.
