Dreaming: Better memory for a more helpful ChatGPT

OpenAI is rolling out a new ChatGPT memory system called Dreaming, which synthesizes user context in the background.

The system curates memories from chat history and shows them on a reviewable memory summary page.

It is designed to fix staleness, correctness, and scalability problems in earlier saved-memory features.

The rollout starts with Plus and Pro users in the U.S., with broader availability planned later.
