Podcasts meet Spotify's Prompted Playlists for curious Premium US beta testers

Spotify is expanding its Prompted Playlists beta to support podcast discovery from text prompts.

Testers in the U.S., Canada, Ireland, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand can describe the podcasts they want and get an algorithmic playlist.

Users can also choose how often the playlist refreshes or keep it unchanged.

The update extends Spotify’s AI-driven personalization from music to spoken-word content, making podcast discovery easier.
