Google Wallet expands digital ID support on Android again, makes new passports official

Google Wallet is expanding digital ID support with Aadhaar Verifiable Credentials in India through a partnership with UIDAI.

Digital passport support is now live in Brazil, Singapore, and Taiwan.

The rollout makes Wallet more useful for age verification, identity checks, and faster form autofill across more services.
